Dear Clients: 

In order to comply with new safety rules, we are implementing the following:

• Must book appointment in advance (604-899-6022)

• No walk-in customers at this time

• Please enter the salon only at your scheduled appointment time.  If you are early, please wait in your vehicle or outside.

• One person only per appointment (friends or family must wait outside the salon). Exceptions for appointments booked for young children (can be accompanied by 1 parent/guardian) or disabled individuals that require assistance 

• Please wear mask or face covering.

• Do not come if you are feeling sick, or have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms (including coughing, fever and sneezing)

• Do not come if you have just recently returned from travelling out of Canada or have come into contact with a COVID-19 patient (Must self-isolate for 14 days)

• For those interested in retail products, please call ahead to arrange advance pickup

COVID-19 Safety Plan

Physical Distancing Measures:

• We will be only 1 customer to 1 worker at a time. 
• Friends and Family member must wait outside the Salon. 
• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• No walk-in appointments
• Appointment time slots will be booked to allow for extra cleaning and sanitation in between.
• Some stations will be removed or not in use to allow for extra space between workers.

Administrative Measures:

• All workers must frequently wash their hands
• All workers are expected to stay home if they feel sick.
• All workers are to do their part in wiping down and cleaning equipment that is shared.
• All workers are to do their part in cleaning and sanitizing common areas used by all.

Masks:

• All workers and customers will be required to wear a mask
• We will provide mask for those who don’t have one.

Cleaning Protocols

• Bathrooms will be cleaned every hour.
• Gowns are removed from changing rooms.
• No beverages will be served.
• No Magazines will be available.
• Barbicide Jars are at every station for cleaning stylist’s tools.
• Cleaning tasks will be shared by all workers.
